Merck Group in China is the sales organization of the globally operating group Merck KGaA, Darmstadt (Germany) and provides the Chinese market with high quality pharmaceutical and chemical products. Actually, Merck initiated its business in China at as early as 1900. And one hundred years later, Merck is represented in the most developed cities in China including Hong Kong.

For Pharmaceutical Division, we markets 18 drugs of 9 fields in China. Our main product areas include established products: cardiovascular products, thyroid products, surgery products, growth hormone and anti-allergy, women's health and fertility area, neurodegenerative diseases and oncology. Product brands include Concor for hypertension, Sigmart for angina, Euthyrox for hypothyroidism, Thyrozol for hyperthyroidism, Stilamin for acute gastrointestinal diseases, growth hormone Saizen, NHD for allergy, Kuvan for tetraphydrobiopterin (BH4) deficiency, Gonal-f for infertility, fertility products Luveris, Ovidrel, Cetrotide, Crinone and Fem 7, women's health products Colposeptine and Colpotrophine Cream, Rebif for multiple sclerosis, Erbitux for cancer.
